Chrysactinia mexicana (Damianita)
$ 5.28
Damianita is a mounding, bushy, evergreen shrub that features golden yellow flowers. It is technically a subshrub. It has significant drought tolerance and requires sharp drainage. It thrives in dry, poor soils and normally survives on rainfall alone. It is extremely heat and drought-tolerant and does not like wet feet, especially in the winter.
Damianita features dark green, aromatic foliage, and when planted en masse it creates a carpet of yellow flowers. It is perfect in decomposed granite walkways, desert or rock gardens and borders, or for erosion control.
