Missouri Primrose is a showy, low growing perennial featuring large, yellow flowers. Flowers are open for only one evening, but the plant flowers over a long period of time. It has narrow, thick, dark green foliage. It is drought and heat tolerant and easily grown in average, dry to medium, well-drained soil in full sun. It tolerates poor and/or lime soils.
