Also known as Fragrant Gaillardia, Rayless Gaillardia, Perfumeballs.

Pincushion Daisy is a slender, clumping perennial. It produces reddish-brown disk flowers with yellow to orange or red rays. Sometimes the flower head is ray-less. The flowers are fragrant and can be used in flower arrangements.

Adequate moisture and deadheading encourages prolonged flowering. Pincushion Daisy works well in pocket prairies, wildflower meadows, perennial gardens or borders, and naturalized areas.
